How do I find the backing track I'm looking for?
You can search our catalogue in three ways: 1) If you wish to search for a particular Irish song or Irish artist name, use the "Search Tracks" box in the left hand navigation bar. This search facility can search for the whole artist or song name or any part of it. 2) If you know the musical category of the Irish song you are looking for, you can select it from four categories - Rock/Alternative, Pop, Traditional/Folk or Country - in the left hand navigation bar. 3) You can search for all Irish song or Irish artist names that begin with an particular letter by clicking on "Browse Catalogue" in the top navigation menu. |

How do I order a backing track?
Once you have added the backing track you wish to buy to your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the "Shopping Cart" box in the left hand navigation bar. You will be brought to the Checkout page where you will be required to enter your personal details. Clicking "Continue" at the bottom of the Checkout page will bring to our payment provider, PayPal, where you can pay for the tracks you want to purchase. |

What payment methods are supported?
Currently, we accept payments from PayPal only. There are plans to add further payment methods in the very near future. |

Will the backing tracks I purchase be emailed to me?
No, some of our backing tracks are too large to send by email, particularly our MP3 backing tracks. Once we receive payment confirmation from PayPal (this usually occurs instantly after payment is made), you will be redirected to our download section where you can download the tracks you purchased. An email will also be dispatched to your specified email address with details on how to download your tracks. |

How soon after placing an order can my backing tracks be downloaded?
You can start downloading them straight away. Purchased tracks will be available for download over a period of 4 days from the time of the purchase (you will need to contact us if you wish to download your tracks beyond this time frame). |
